M203 Grenade Launcher in Battlefield: Bad Company
The M203 is a Single-Shot, 40mm Grenade Launcher that attaches to many Rifles, but was originally designed for the U.S. M16 family of Rifles, including the M4 and the HK416 Carbine.
Battlefield 2
The M203 in Battlefield 2 is only usable for the Assault class on the USMC team. Like it's PLA and MEC counterpart, the M203 is very effective against Infantry, Light Vehicles and Medium Vehicles. It is one of the best Rifle Grenade Launchers in the game as sicne it is breech-loaded it reloads faster than the GP-30 or GP-25.
Battlefield: Bad Company
The M203 in Battlefield: Bad Company plays a much bigger role than when it did in Battlefield 2. It now can be used to destroy enemy cover as well as being used to attack enemy vehicles. The Russian Counterpart of the M204 is the GP30.The M203 does about 90 damage to an enemy soldier so it's best to shoot a enemy soldier before using the M203 against him other wise there's a low chance of surviving.
