Frostbite Engine
The Frostbite Engine is a next gen engine developed by DICE Stockholm. Some of the changes are vastly improved graphics, long view distance, high quality up close, high detail over far distances, Ground destruction, Ability to make 90% of a map destructible, and low memory usage.

The engine is being developed by DICE Stockholm, also known as Digital Illusions CE, a Swedish game developer owned entirely by Electronic Arts.
